I have a U100 installed on my MiL's door and for the past year it has worked well. However, anything involving the keypad has failed intermittently today. It sometimes works with a fingerprint, but if it works the first time, the keypad is entirely locked up and will give the failure chirp but delayed by 10-15 seconds. Bluetooth lock/unlock still works however.

Soft reset (taking the batteries out) and a hard reset did not resolve the issue. Is the unit dead (1 month out of warranty I think) or are there other things I should try to resolve the issue.

Also, during the hard reset the keypad worked flawlessly to enter the code to allow a hard reset.

Edit: I will point out I am running my own U100 and it is working fine today. They were installed at the same time and setup the same way.

My daughter is 8 and after a season is getting serious about being a goalie and it is time to buy her a proper mask. My concern is that she has a rather large head (23" circumference) which puts her in a Senior size. It'll fit around her head, but I suspect the actual mask part will be too large (she already wears an adult large player helmet, but the adult cage required some adjustment). Any recommendations? What should I be looking for in terms of fit?
