Stansted to St Pancras

First time in England and kind of confused about London Transport. From Stansted airport I’ll take a Flibco bus to Stratford Bus station. From there I can ride the Southeastern one stop to St Pancras. Does anyone know if the ticket for this is simply something I can tap my card for - or do I need an Oyster or something. Not sure how much it would cost and I’m looking for the most budget friendly option. Thanks!

Garda Vetting for UK

I am an Irish citizen looking to work for just one month in the UK this summer. The company requires a DBS check as the job involves children under 18. As they are a UK company, they insist they cannot initiate the Garda vetting process, so I have submitted a police certificate check. However, the police certificate does only mainly operate for those looking to get a visa abroad or start a business abroad. I am aware of the data request forms, however, it does state that they are not sufficient as a background/criminal check. Does anyone know how I can get a DBS equivalent that's not a Garda vetting to work in the UK?

DBS Equivalent for the Irish?

I am an Irish citizen looking to work for just one month in the UK this summer. The company requires a DBS check as the job involves children under 18. As they are a UK company, they insist they cannot initiate the Garda vetting process (our equivalent to DBS), so I have submitted a police certificate check instead.
