Whose manager constantly changes the schedule? Is it normal for them to do this without saying anything beforehand?

Want this one so badly!
My first skullpanda plush pendant was Rock on and I like her but she wasn't my first choice. It was the Christmas looking one. I know a lot of people dont like her but I love her. I could try getting it from popmart but the chance of me getting her isnt guaranteed. Anyone know where I can get her?
