What could these drain covers be for?

Thinking of buying an end terrace house that has these 3 drain covers in the back garden.

Seller, who's lived there 30 years claimed they didn't know whether they are for the house or row of terraces, also adamant there's never been a problem.

Estate agent still searching through deeds for the answer - for the house, or for the row.

Anyone in the plumbing or drain business shed some light before Monday morning when we can call Scottish Water?

Located in Scotland.

What's your favorite kong Strong flavour?

Mines the watermelon flavor which previously wasn't available in Denmark but was released recently as part of a 20 years in Denmark celebration they got going on. Unfortunately it's sugar free only

Is this standard for the collector or did he bug out?

I was trying to scan the collector and got eaten. Then went back to the same location, and he was here, managed to scan him and then he disappeared into the ground.

Is this normal behaviour or did he bug out

EICR on property that has a number of issues

Reposting for what feels like the umpteenth time as I cannot seem to use Reddit on a Tuesday Afternoon.

We have had an EICR completed on a property we are purchasing which has returned a number of issues, we were aware that a new consumer unit was needed, that RCD coverage was missing and that the garage circuit was a bit fruity, but I'm wondering if a resolution of the CU and RCD protection would help reduce some of these issues.

On a previous post the main issues were the lack of CPC on the lighting circuit, and the identified low insulation resistance.

EICR completed with a number of issues

Had the results back from an EICR that I've had completed on an ongoing house purchase, and while we knew a new consumer unit would be needed, I didn't expect the range of issues we got back, with the report stating a full rewire is needed.

I've asked on an electricians sub, to see if the issues are as big as they seem, but I've also posted here to ask the perennial question.

Should I be using this to try and get some money off the property, or should I suck this up?

We like the property and it ticks a number of boxes and there are very few other properties on the market at the moment that meet our needs. The buyers of our property have pretty much completed all their searches and documents ect and other than 2 or 3 outstanding issues on our side we were getting close to finalising everything before looking to agree completion.

I am an individual who can accept an element of risk but it won't only be me in the property, so I don't want to accept something that could impact others.
