It is ideal or better to run electric fans on 1jz ge or stay with the factory clutch fan

Just wondering if anyone has info on what wheels sizes I can run on my lowered chaser so the wheels sit inside the guard and don’t poke

Currently running 18x9.5+22 looking for sizes that aren’t so aggressive
