Best thousand son miniatures to buy first?

Should i buy tzaangors, rubric marines, scarab occult terminators or helbrute as my first miniatures in my army?

Is running LoC and Kairos fateweaver viable?

I need to know cuz im starting my first ever 40k army

I like LOVE the lord of change model and i think it would be really unique if i run lord of change and kairos fateweaver but i dont know if it is like superterrible or magnus is just super broken and i shouldnt do it

Bonus: im also planning to run 2 helbrutes aswell and wanna know if that is also viable

What ork models to get next?

I decided to buy the gretchin and runtherd box because it was super cheap as my first models, i gave some of them the stats of the kommandos kill team and played kt abunch with them, now i dont know what to get next, (perferably less then 90$)

Super new to warhammer and painted my first ever warhammer mini

PLEASE give me any tips for how to improve my painting and what models i should get next. I got a whole box of grots to paint and i will use any tips on those. I saw a bunch of videos about drybrushing and so i decided to try that because it seemed so simple, i use a watered down contrast paint for the skin, used acrylics for everything else and used agrax earthshade for everything besides the skin. (Guy at local store told me to use those)
