Need advice: MA Clinical Psychology vs MSc Clinical Psychology (NEP)

Hi everyone,

I have completed a 4-year B.A. Psychology (NEP) with a minor in HR and I'm confused about which option to choose:

M.A. Clinical Psychology (2 years)

M.Sc. Clinical Psychology (2 years)

M.Sc. Clinical Psychology (1 year, for 4-year bachelor's graduates under NEP)

I couldn't get into an RCI-approved program this year. My long-term goal is to work in clinical psychology, and I'm also considering pursuing an RCI-recognized PDCP/PGDCP later.

Which option would you recommend and why? Also, if I choose the 1-year M.Sc., will it create any issues for future PDCP/PGDCP admissions or career opportunities?

I'd really appreciate advice from people who have gone through this or are familiar with the NEP pathway. Thank you!

TL;DR: I have a 4-year B.A. Psychology (NEP) and need to choose between:

M.A. Clinical Psychology (2 years)

M.Sc. Clinical Psychology (2 years)

M.Sc. Clinical Psychology (1 year)

I couldn't get into an RCI-approved program this year. My goal is to pursue PDCP/PGDCP later. Which option is the best, and will a 1-year M.Sc. cause any issues for future admissions or career prospects?

I accidentally read my twin sister's chats and now I can't stop feeling weird about it

I'm a 22F and my twin sister is also 22F.

Recently, I ended up reading some of her chats with her boyfriend and found out that they've been physically involved. We come from a pretty traditional Indian family, and I've grown up with those values too. ( Pata hai aaj kya hua )

Ever since I read those messages, I've been feeling really strange. I don't even know how to explain it properly. It's not like she's done something illegal or harmful, and I know she's an adult who can make her own choices. But at the same time, finding out that she's no longer a virgin has left me feeling shocked and uncomfortable.

I think part of the reason is that I've always seen her in a certain way, and now that image in my head has suddenly changed. It feels weird because she's my twin, and I never expected to know details about that part of her life.

I'm not judging her or planning to confront her. I'm mostly confused about my own reaction. Why does this bother me so much when it's her personal life and not mine.

TL;DR: Accidentally read my 22-year-old twin sister's chats with her boyfriend and found out they're sexually active. We come from a traditional Indian family, and ever since, I've been feeling weird, uncomfortable, and confused about why it affects me so much.

Edit - how should I tell her that I don't like his boyfriend he looks creep and what if he brokes her heart
