Advice on injection sites needed

For a little over 2 years I have had to inject 5x a day (Lantus & Lispro). How can I completely avoid capillaries without reusing sites? I feel like I’m running out of new places to put the injections that don’t have visible capillaries right under my skin. I mostly use my abdomen as I have very few sites on my arms/thighs that are appropriate (too many visible capillaries/veins). A pump is not an option for me at this time & there is no one else to inject me. Is it safe to reuse sites?
