Hardware removal after 4+ years?

Has anyone had hardware removal after 4+ years? I'm scheduled for surgery in a week and I am really nervous. Is it worth getting another surgery after it's been in so long? I still have daily pain and bad ROM but it is manageable. Any advice/experiences? TIA:).

Ankle surgery NFZ

This will be my first time having surgery on NFZ. Will they give me crutches/walker to take home after surgery or do I have to buy these before? If it's the latter, any recs for places to purchase? TIA:).

Cure for nausea

Hello! My former doc gave me both Wegovy and Saxenda and I could not tolerate either due to severe nausea. My new doc gave me Rybelsus (R2 new formula) at 1.5 mg to start. She also prescribed me Prokit 50 mg (itopride hydrochloride) to take before each meal. It works wonders and have had zero nausea! If you live in EU ask your doc about it:).
