Sorry if this is a dumb question, but..why did Issa/The Founder keep chests full of monster eggs

I don’t know if this has been asked before or not, but why does she keep abunch of monster eggs? What is she intending to do with them? Does she throw them at people in their cells and watch them fight? Why does she keep them? What exactly was she going to use them for?

Send her where exactly?

It just says “Send Picky” (don’t question the name), and nothing else. Where am I meant to send her? The quest mark icon doesn’t appear next to her name on the missionary list. I think it’s a Woolhaven questline because it was followed by “I enjoy being married to [follower name] (don’t ask)” but isn’t Pomni [I have no idea, the dialogue cut itself off mid sentence), and now the follower wants me to send her somewhere. Does anyone know what I’m supposed to do?
