BPI ATM Issuer Timeout -008
Need help po. The BPI ATM in Baguio Session Road did not dispense the 5000 cash po that i wanted to withdraw. But savings acc. was still debited 5000 php in the online banking app :(
Does anyone know po what the error “Issuer Timeout - 008” in the transaction record meant? How do I get my money back po and file a dispute?
In addition i did a balance inquiry in the same machine and got the same error in the transaction record slip.
