Have a mealybugs and ants problem, I’ve tried neem oil, insect soap, and even any poison but nothing has really changed, any tips?

I need more storage on my PC, but every time I go to clear some space, it seems that there isn’t much that I can delete? It says that my apps are taking up 376gigs but I can’t seem to find what actually is. Any ideas?
