Are these hives?

Randomly appeared last night n I don’t know what these are and I don’t know what caused them. They’ve disappeared now but what was it?

Does this sound like histamine intolerance?

I’ve been sick for like 1.5 years now. It started off as just being tired all the time , not getting worse or better just all day feeling rly meh and shitty. Then slowly it got worse - I’d get nauseas a lot, and get headaches, felt like shit 24/7. Nature of my fatigue changed: I’d get these waves of fatigues like I’d just be sooooo tired like literally feel drugged for an hour or two, and after a “wave” id just go to my baseline of feeling shitty.
ONE important thing to note is throughout all this time, even at my worst, I’ve always been able to move my body and exercise. I don’t have any adverse reactions to exercise. I don’t think I’ve ever felt “PEM”. I feel that my “waves” r unrelated to exercise and movement
Also I have rly fkn bad dark circles

Thankfully now, I’m feeling better than I did a year ago, no more nausea, no more headaches, and I do feel my fatigues more manageable. Like I still just feel drained all day but wtv im trying to get thru it. I feel like it’s a mental battle, cuz my fatigue is not that bad to actually stop me from doing things, it’s just killing all my motivation and confidence cuz I feel shitty all the time.
And I still get “waves”.

I have days where I feel almost no fatigue, like completely normal, and then days where I just feel drained all day. And if a wave hits well it’s like I got roofied for the next hour or two. I feel like waves occur after eating so I’m trying to explore like an allergy or histamine or smth, but idk it’s not very consistent. Some days one food will cause me to be “roofied” but other days the same food and I won’t get a wave.

Today’s a day where I feel so drained like wtf.

Btw ive been to the doctor a million times I’ve done every test ever and now im seeing a functional medicine doc.

This isn’t cfs, right? Does anyone relate to these symptoms?
