Extra points use or not use?

I get a few extra points added every day for exercise. But by the end of the week I use up almost all of them.
I lost 7 pounds in the first 30 days. Which is not extremely fast. I’m trying to make this a long-term thing. I’m wondering if I should try and not use the weeklies and see if the weight comes off quicker. But it’s all about sustainability. What do you do? Do you usually use your weeklies or not and how fast have you lost weight.

Scares me that I’m just going to start B12 now.because my number is low to normal. Doctor suggested taking it because of a numbness that occurs in my leg

After reading a bunch of the posts I keep reading about side effects. The last thing I need is something else to worry about. I’m trying to fix a problem being the numbness in my leg. The numbness appears once in a while just when standing too long. Goes away right away if I sit down or I elevate the one foot onto something. Like a step. It has been going over many many years. But just never did nothing about it. I’m hoping the B12 will help.
Doctor also mentioned about strengthening core area in case it is a comoressed nerve issue.

I just don’t want any other issues coming up that I have to deal with. So I hope B12 helps me. Does everyone feel side effects? Or are some of the side effects actually great.?

Small interesting towns in Alberta.

Recently we went on a road trip for several days from Edmonton. We had no itinerary and didn’t know exactly where we would stay at night. We went to many small towns and just explored. If we ate there or interacted with people we would ask what is your town known for. We learned so much. Do you have any towns you can suggest and why? We plan to do another trip again next month. But, not sure which way to go. 😀
