So I’ve had the explore air 2 since 2022 I would say in a months span I use it 3 times. Used to use it more often just don’t have the time. Well yesterday my machine stopped cutting. I unplugged everything restarted everything even updated the app on my iPad. And it will cut 1 thing and then will get stuck on the preparing to cut part. My WiFi is good… the machine it self is in great condition? I just tested it out to cut 2 shapes it cut an arrow just fine and next was a star and it’s stuck. Help, idk do these machines have a lifespan? As I’m writing this it’s been 20mins already stuff on that screen.
