NurseryLive is fraud

I placed an order for 4 seeds and two plants from their website. The very next day i got a call from Porter guy stating that he is not making any delivery. I was so clueless with no context, eventually understood that NurseryLive had booked porter to deliver my bangalore order. Eventually the guy didnt deliver but i received message of delivery confirmed. I kept trying to raise it to their customer care, but met with a useless AI agent to no avail. So 900 rupees gone to vain. 🥲

Toddler screams at night

Moms i am really in a lurch and need some advice. I have a 4 year old and 9 month old. My eldest was always a bad sleeper. We co-slept until she turned 3. Thats when we moved to our current house and after a lot of song and dance, she started sleeping inher room. I was expecting my 2nd by then and we had assumed that by the time baby comes she will settle into her room routine. Baby came and seeing us three in same room triggered her very bad. My husband started sleeping with her in her room so that she doesnt feel left out but she still whined and complained and cried a lot. Largely my fault- i caved in and all 4 of us started sleeping in same room on a giant floor bed. My 2nd is a great sleeper from day 1 so it wasnt a huge hassle- until now.

Typically both my kids are in bed by8pm. Baby sleeps by 730. 4 year old gets in around 745- we tell her a story and she sleeps. Then we step out, spend some time together and get to bed by 10ish. We have told our daughter mom dad may step out after she sleeps but we always come back at night. It has been seamless until 3 days bacl. She woke up crying, shivering, screaming - absolutely unconsolable. We obviously rushed in, held her, her cries woke up the baby so now baby is bawling. Chaos. Somehow we calm baby but 4 year old is just out of her mind screaming. Somehow we calm her down and she slept. Next morning we talked on what happened and she didnt say exactly what bothered her but after a lot of coaxing by husbad she said she had a bad dream. My personal thought was she just wanted to shut up the questioning. We talked to her that its fine and if it happens next time and mom dad are not around, she can hold her Eli (elephant plush cushion she sleeps with) so it will tell her she is in bed and safe and not in a dream and sleep. Cut to night2- same chaos. Within an hr of putting her to bed we hear her scream. I rush in hold her sense she is shivering, keep talkin to her but she is just.. screaminf and holding me. Baby is up, crying. Husband now is getting frustrated. After we put her down, he told me i am way too gentle parenting her and we need to ne straight up tough. Before you judge him harshly, it was largely coz of my softness that she started bed-sharing- he had convinced her to sleep in her room but i kind of caved in... so i see his point to some extent. He was like if we cajole her so much she anyway cant sleep independently, now we wont be able to leave her unattended while sleeping too and we have a second baby too- what if she learns the same behaviour. So i say ok do what you feel right i wont step in. Night3 - he has talked to my eldest repeatedly on what to do if bad dream comes. Hold eli and sleep. Today was night3. She woke up screaming again. I didnt intervene or hold or do anything- was just near her. Husband raised his voice and told her to lie down and sleep holding Eli. She was shivering but sensed that dad is super angry and complied. Baby got up so thays another story..

My biggest concern is why has this started. She started school this week after summer break- thats the only change. I checked with her teacher and they said she is absolutely fine at school no behaviour change. She plays independently alone at home same as before. Hangs out with her friends in the park. She is absolutely normal all day. Even bedtime is ok with no resistance. Its just random screaming.

I dont know how to handle this. Did it happen with someone else. I am just completely lost- any advice will be great. Thanks!
