I think we’re underestimating how loved seth rogan has become within the industry this past decade.

He’s obviously been gaining some love within the academy branch in tv realm. I think him getting nominated isn’t out of the realm. He’s in my top 5 right now & see him getting nominated.

How would you rank each of these drivers career defining win so far

Norris - Mexico 25
Leclerc - Monza 24
Piastri - Baku 24
Russell - Singapore 25

Why weren’t these broadcasted on the main screen?

They’re always broadcasting lando asking for help when he’s having a bad race like qatar 2025 when he had no pace. But they don’t do it for oscar?

Mclaren third fastest car yet again

This team obviously were screwed over this year with the way they decided to start the car. I don’t think the upgrades are reacting well to all the circuits.

Miami - First Major Upgrade Goes well and should’ve won that race if they didn’t get undercut but kimi without the upgrades was still fast

Canada - 2nd half of the upgrade package - Still decent and able to hang with the mercedes if they’re sandwiched between and are able to pass through the midfield easily(lando was in this case)

Monaco - Nowhere in terms of pace. P7 & P8 in qualy

Spain - Nowhere - Norris tyre management masked the final result as well as Leclerc crash, Kimi Retiring. Max also beat Oscar in this race

Austria - Decent but were on similar level to ferrari in this race

Silverstone - 4th fastest

Spa - small upgrade on the floor which helped. So they easily were the 3rd fastest that weekend

Budapest - Another Major Upgrade, Goes well and they win the race with piastri before he got on the hard stint being ahead of mercedes, ferrari and redbull, and with lando being ahead of everyone else that day

Zandvoort - back to 3rd fastest

What do you think they’re doing wrong this year. Why aren’t the upgrades responding at every track.

norris and verstappen continue their perfect record against their teammates in sprint quali this year. 5-0

the only two drivers undefeated in sprint qualy this year.

Who I think is the best on each track between these 4 drivers - Nor, Lec, Rus, Pia

Nor - 8

Lec - 8

Rus - 5

Pia - 2( the only track that actually suited him in qualifying that got taken out was imola but only for qualifying since his race pace on that track is horrendous)

What do you think. I think i was pretty fair taking consideration at their history at each of these tracks. Piastri seems to be the one most limited which plays a big part in the low grip tracks. I wonder which one will be the best in Madring

Mclaren drivers outperforming Max in a similar if not a slower car?

i feel like people forget mclaren isn’t set stone as the 3rd best car this year similar to redbull. They’ve both had tracks that really make them shine once they bring their upgrades. Also take into account the dnfs/dns each driver has had

Lando - 3 Dnfs/DNS
Oscar - 2 Dnfs/DNS
Max - 3 DNFS

Australia - Redbull car was clearly faster. Despite Max starting P20. He breezed past the back markers really quickly. In the end lando kept his P5 in a slower car which he had to do an extra pit stop because max was catching him at a faster rate than expected.

China - Mclaren , no comment in the sprint mclaren looked better and would’ve most likely finished ahead in the race

Japan - Mclaren again, No brainer Piastri was having a good weekend and lando with less practice time was still looking good. Max was battling gasly that whole race

Miami- Mclaren again, Lando was fighting for win in the main race and they won the sprint too. keep in mind this was mclaren big half upgrade

Canada - Mclaren, they qualified ahead and looked like they were fighting for podium before the strategy thing happened

Monaco - Redbull, No brainer they were fighting for pole and win before max lap 1 retirement . Hadjar looked good.

Barcelona - Redbull, This is another race where I believe they were close so a toss up on who you think was better that race. P3 to p7 in qualifying were separated by nothing. Lando being able to nurse his tires might make you believe the mclaren was better but that’s not the case. Remember Max made an extra pit stop and should’ve been only 5s behind lando that whole race. Hadjar also could’ve finished ahead of piastri in that race if he didn’t lose so many places at the start and after he did he was breezing past the backmarkers

Austria - Redbull, an easy one where redbull was better, They brought the big package upgrade and Max was fighting for the win and pole while hadjar was able to stay ahead of lando after he undercut him that race. Redbull looked superior

Silverstone - Redbull, The sprint was lando getting a good start because he shouldn’t have been p3 at all. In the redbull Max was challenging for a podium before his retirement

Mclaren - 4

Redbull - 5

Driver Standings between the 3

Lando - 97
Oscar - 82
Max - 76

Here’s my conclusion on who’s been better in the 9 circuits so far this season. That’s why Max going to mclaren is just a joke if in the same boat at these two despite them all having similar dnfs in the same car performance.

On the current grid who are drivers you believe will never beat their teammate in a full season

So far these four are the ones that have the same teammate for 2 years or more and have already been beaten

Piastri - 3 Years, Soon to be 4 - If Norris beats him in until 2028 when they’re still believed to be teammates, he’ll tie Schumacher beating Barrichello from 2000-2005

Stroll - 3 Years Soon to be 4

Bortoleto - 1 Year Soon to be 2 but Hülkenberg has been unlucky dnf when he was in the points

Ocon - 1 Year Soon to be 2

Piastri and Stroll is so funny, Alonso joined the new team in 23 while Piastri joined a new team in 23 but opposite ends of the spectrum

2026 mclaren is limiting norris driving style by a lot

as know norris is a driver known for using and attacking all the kerbs known so he can when gaining time on most tracks. This year for mclaren it’s so weird that they’re the only team that’s having some sort of issue with the floor taking damage when hitting the kerbs.

Piastri doesn’t like the kerbs that’s why he’s always behind lando in low grip tracks so i understand why he wouldn’t mind this but this is one of lando best atriputes as a driver since he’s aggressive around the kerbs and moves the car with it.

Previous years mclaren car was fine with taking kerbs but this year it’s obvious that it just can’t handle it. Verstappen Hamilton and now antonelli are drivers that also have this similar driving style and their cars seem just fine when attacking the kerbs which really shows how it’s limiting norris right now from his true pace.

How come team principles don’t rate Leclerc that high

I have a feeling this year he could drop below the top 9 with midfield drivers like Gasly, Lindblad, sainz all doing well in their respective cars.

On the other hand a driver like norris has been fairly rated by the team principles since 2021. That’s why i don’t get the argument that Leclerc would be a top priory in any top teams when he’s more mistake prone

With Austria coming up do you see any of these drivers underperforming at their best circut

It’s wild that Austria is one of their best circut for these top drivers.

Max: Got a p2 Podium in 2016, His first Austria win in 2018, Another one in 2019, Dominated 2021, Dominated 2023, P1 before his collision with Norris in 2024.

Lando : Got his first Podium in 2020 here, was off 0.048 pole qualifying in the 3rd fastest car in 2021 , Qualified p4 with the mclaren tractor in 2022, p4 again with the mclaren tractor before their first big upgrade in 2023. p2 in 2024 and we know what happened after. Dominated 2025 with a largest gap to p2 in qualifying.

Charles: Got Pole in 2019 but lost out on the win to max, Got a podium in 2020, Won in 2022 , Got p2 in 2023 behind the rocketship 2023 redbull that year, Qualfied p2 in 2025 splitting the mclarens.

George: P5/P4 2022 in his first year at mercedes, Inherited the win 2024 after norris and verstappen collision. P5 in 2025 in the 3rd fastest car that weekend.

I can see charles have another blip weekend, has only been outqualified once by vettel counting all his teammates. I can also see kimi outpacing george here during the race but he’s only been outqualified once here in 2023 by lewis . Max got beaten by Sainz and Ricciardo in 2015,16,18 in qualifying . Norris is the only who has outqualified all of his teammates here.

  2. Lewis Hamilton
  3. Lando Norris
  4. Max Verstappen
  5. George Russell
  6. Charles Leclerc
  7. Oscar Piastri
  8. Isack Hadjar

Overall this decade: 2020-2026

  1. Max Verstappen

  2. Lando Norris

  3. Lewis Hamilton

  4. Charles Leclerc

  5. George Russell

  6. Oscar Piastri

  7. Kimi Antonelli

  8. Isack Hadjar

u/Responsible_Use_2676 — 4 months ago

Piastri was 35s behind Norris at the end of the race

This is the 2nd race over 20s between him and norris. In Canada Sprint it was 8s so and lando had the pace over him in canada before his dnf.

He’s been benefiting from cars ahead dnfing and his teammate having reliability issue

Which film is aging better post 3 months Oscars

Personally Sinners is the film that has aged better despite not winning best picture. It seems like one battle after another has already been forgotten as a best picture winner while Sinners is being compared to Horror films coming out this year and how it’ll do at the Oscars. Obaa just like anora is missing that spark Oppenheimer had when it won best picture and felt like the undisputed #1 that year.

Anyways well come back in a Year and see how things go
