Trying to select seats in advance for flights in August on the website (PKX-DOH-SFO in J class if that matters). After selecting my seats and pressing "Go to Add-ons", I keep getting "Something happened. This page has encountered an issue. Please try again later." Has been this way for the last 15 minutes.

Is anyone else encountering this?

ABC here working on the NWOHR->NWHR process. Has anyone successfully applied for a 台包證 (Taiwan compatriot pass -- apply from Taiwan) or 旅行證 (China travel document -- apply from US via the Chinese consulate) after getting their TW ID/HHR?

This would be cheaper than applying for a China visa in my US passport, but I've heard that can be problems getting China to approve the 台包證 or 旅行證 if they know you're a dual citizen (since my place of birth is listed as US).
