Any opinions about downsizing from River Oaks to a new build in Milton? What is the Go Milton like to Union Station? Mortgage will also be paid off before moving.

Enercare Furnace buyout
Any tips before calling Enercare to inquire about buying out our rental/Maintenance plan for our 4 year old furnace? We signed up with Abbey Air/Enercare with their Advantage Program so we pay monthly for our Lenox SLP plus Air Purifier. It's been a great furnace and air purifier so far but renting/Maintenance plan is getting $$$

Any tips before calling in Enercare to tell them we want to buy out our 4 year old rental furnace?
Our realtor suggested we buyout since new home owners will shy away from rentals!
It's been a great unit so far - just yearly furnace filter and air purifier filter changes (Lenox SLP )
