Vitamin B deficiency

Is there anyone who got better after supplementing B Vitamins, especially B1?

I ate just before the blood sample, does this effect the values alot?

Also should I be worried about the Vitamin E levels?

I have been taking vitamin D3 supplement for almost a year (fat based Vitamin D3, E, K, A) but D3 Level ist still low ( started at 11ng/ml)

My 325ti

I've owned a Sedan and a Coupe e46 but the Compact is still my favourite chassis, despite missing the extra doors or frameless Windows from time to time🥲.

What I've done so far...

Maintenance:

-Almost every seal or gaskets that was leaking or is prone to leak in the future.

-Vanos overhaul

-A lot of sensors like cam, O2 and others.

-Full brake caliper rebuild and paint on all 4.

-Window regulators

-Water pump

-Control arm brushings

Tuning:

-Bilstein B6 with new springs (stock hight)

-H&R sport sway bar

-Braided steel clutch and brake lines (CDV removed)

-Cooler worx short shifter

-M sport steering wheel and rims

-Strut bar front and rear

-O2 Pilot mod

Nonsense:

-Bluetooth radio and big subwoofer

No lights on the dash and last 2 TÜV Inspektions passend without any complaints.

If I happen to have any spare money I will maybe add a supercharger but so far I'm very satisfied with the car 😎

e39 vs e46 A/C

I have an e39 with manual A/C and owned several e46 all with automatic climate control. Can someone explain me why the e39 blows so much colder than the E46?🥶

The A/C's in the E46 were all in working condition and freshly serviced.
