Theory: Ch. 135 will be a mirror of Ch. 2 (spoilers)

Looking at this SSS party in Ch. 134, I am strongly reminded of Ch. 2, and the cliffhanger of Ch. 134 REALLY resembles how Ch. 2 turned out.

Ch. 2 was the evening of Loid and Yor's first date, after they met at the tailor shop. Loid agreed to act as Yor's boyfriend for Camilla's party, and in return, Yor agreed to pretend to be Anya's mother for the Eden entrance interview.

Yor thought that Loid stood her up because he got bogged down in breaking up a smuggling ring and she had to go to Camilla's party alone. She sat alone and humiliated while Camilla and her other coworkers gossiped about her, and just as it had become too much for Yor and she was about to leave, Loid burst in, bloodied, and accidentally announced himself as Yor's HUSBAND.

Camilla then tried to portray Yor as a whore, in front of everyone, who went to hotels to give men "massages," and Loid defended Yor's honor by telling them that she was a good woman who went through whatever hardships were necessary to provide for her little brother. Seeing how she was being treated by these people, he took her away from the party -- and that won him her trust, and she asked for the marriage to be permanent.

The way Ch. 134 progressed REALLY resembles a mirror of this. Loid is no stranger to dangerous situations, but he is completely alone and without backup with the whole freaking SSS in the room, and they are all interrogating him at the same time, basically begging him to mess up. He is freaked out and the SSS are having the time of their lives, trying to outdo each other. Now, Yor is about to come into the room, and Loid is terrified, because he had to impersonate one of the SSS men present to verify that she wasn't aware of Yuri being SSS.

Loid at the end of Ch. 135 waiting for Yor to show up is as messed up as Yor was at the end of Ch. 2.

The only thing that necessitates for the mirror to be complete is for Yor to come in there and defend Loid's character to the SSS, like he defended HER character at Camilla's party. She would be defending him in ch 135 as his WIFE, just as he defended her as her HUSBAND in ch 2.

Since one of the SSS who she thinks tormented HER is in the room, she will figure out very quickly that everybody there is SSS. If she protects Loid, I think Ch. 135 will be a straight-up repetition of Ch. 2, flipped upside down.

I wonder if this is accidental and coincidental, or if Endo is going this route deliberately.

Strategic Scenario: Yor and Loid have a kid and now Anya has a sibling! Pick the kid and the kid's SPECIAL POWER!

Let's say that Loid and Yor make the wise and laudable decision to mahry and have a kid so that little Anya didn't need to be an only child.

Naturally, since this is the Forger family, you need to pick a special power for the kid, and also please tell us why you chose that power.

I would pick a boy so he could stand up for his big sister when needed, and he would be a mischievous little imp... and his special power would be PYROMANIA! Just imagine the possibilities in shenanigans when a little boy has the big power to set stuff on fire! Including BAD GUYS! Mom and Dad would have a hell of a time teaching the kid restraint. The opportunities for storytelling and fun would be near-endless.

"Mom, Dad, you guys get to destroy bad guys all the time, why can't I? I want to destroy bad guys too! WAAAAH!!!" -- Yor and Loid's son.

And they'd go through like five smoke detectors per week.

Alright! TAG, you're it! Pick a brother or a sister for little Anya, pick a superpower, and tell us about it! 😃

Pick one NPC who would make a great marriage candidate but who cannot be married

And explain WHY!

I'll start.

I'd pick Jarl Elisif the Fair. I think if that existed and was written with excellence by Bethesda, the Empire side of the Civil War would be literally crackling with electricity. The Dragonborn meets the ultimate damsel in distress, her husband unjustly taken from her, and then fights a whole war to prove love to her.

I know she isn't the best Jarl when you meet her, but that's because she was never meant to be on the throne, she was practically pushed on to it. She is surrounded by snakes such as Erikur and the Thalmor who want to take advantage of her. And she tries to do her best for her people, and her mistakes seem to be made from inexperience, rather than from corruption or malice.

A Civil War fought from the Imperial side like that would probably need a lot of extra writing, (for example, rescue Vittoria Vici from being assassinated at her wedding,) and ultimately give the Dragonborn a ton more reason and enthusiasm to fight the Stormcloak rebellion. It sure would add a lot of interesting content, though.

That's my candidate. Who is YOURS?

Next chapter theory (spoilers)

It is probably completely different, but I was thinking -- maybe the Garden decided that the SSS is bad for Ostania and sent Yor to usher all of them into permanent vacation.

The Garden Keeper clearly knows all about the SSS, based on that chapter when the head of SSS visited him.

But Yor does NOT know that Yuri is part of the SSS, judging by the chapter when Loid and Frankie wore SSS disguises to test her on it.

So, she bursts in, in her fancy Garden dress, and asks the whole room "SSS terroristic scum, may I have the honor of taking your life today?" and then she notices both Loid and Yuri present. And it's "OSHIT!"

Do I KNOW this'll happen? Nope! But it would sure be interesting, if it did!
