For the longest time I thought a disabled Instagram account was basically gone forever once the appeal got rejected, but that’s not always true. There are agencies and people with access to internal review contacts at Meta, which is why you sometimes see bigger pages randomly come back after being disabled.

I was able to recover 3 of my own pages that were all over 100k followers after they got permanently banned.

It’s definitely not cheap though, so unless the page is valuable or important to you, it usually isn’t worth doing. And if you ever look into this stuff, be careful because there are a ton of scammers around. Don’t send money without escrow or a trusted middleman involved.

From what I’ve seen, accounts disabled for cybersecurity reasons are on a completely different level and are way harder to recover.

Instagram support is actually a joke now 😭 had my account disabled for no reason, regular appeals did absolutely nothing for weeks.Soon as I paid a rep, magically the account was back. Crazy how they ignore you until money gets involved lmao

Spent hours talking to meta support, it's no use those ai meta chat bots are worst make you feel your getting there any just resolve nothing after hours of trying, at the end after 2-3 agencies I got someone who helped me unban it ,
