Repairing an "oops" while cutting fabric?

I was using my rotary cutter and had missed a tiny connecting thread. When I tried to quickly (mistake!) roll over it with the blade, I accidentally made a pair of small slashes right outside of the seam allowance. What is the best way to repair it? Maybe some kind of fusible interfacing in the interior? What kind? The fabric is some kind of woven cotton and they aren't on a prominent spot on the pant leg, but I want to mend it before I construct the pants. Thanks!

Random pointer icon on screen...

Tab S9+, fully updated. I just started noticing a random black pointer icon appearing on my screen. It comes and goes. I did a restart and it keeps popping up. It's very distracting. Screen shot below. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Buying thread... how many yards necessary?

I have a few 547 yard spools of Gutermann All Sew thread. I don't remember where I purchased them, but I'm sewing garments more regularly now and can't seem to find that yardage in the specific colors need. I have a local quilt shop (no apparel fabric) and color-matched the Gutermann Sew All shades that I want, but they only had 110 yard spools in those colors. I assume only the most in-demand neutrals come in larger spools? If that's the case, I'll have to buy the 110 yard spools but I have no ideal how many I should purchase for each garment. Is there a guide somewhere on determining the amount of thread needed for a project? What has your experience been? I'm more concerned about falling short than have excess, but I also don't want overkill. Any guidance would be appreciated! Thanks!
