Need Help from 2026 passed out or their super seniors

Need some advice because I accidentally got myself into a weird placement situation.

I already have an Infosys DSE offer from the first HackWithInfy drive. That drive didn't have the 2× CTC rule, so I was free to apply to any company afterward.

Today Infosys came again for a second drive, and I applied without reading the terms. Turns out this drive **does** have the 2× rule.

If I somehow get selected for the same DSE role again (\~7 LPA), I'd only be eligible to apply to companies offering 14+ LPA. Realistically, I don't think I'll be able to target only those companies, so this could seriously hurt my placement chances.

What would you do in this situation?

* Intentionally perform badly in the online assessment? * Talk to the placement cell and ask them to withdraw my application? * Is there any other option I'm missing?

Would appreciate any advice from people who've been in a similar situation.

Help with oncampus interview

So, I finished my interview on May 25th, but later some interviews were scheduled and happened on 27th June.

The issue now is, people who have their interview previously were also included by mistake in a list provided by the placement cell.

I somehow got to know that we don't need to attend the interview, so I naturally skipped it.

Today I found out that on the same day itself, they sent a follow through email, asking people to fill a Google form to those whose interview was scheduled for the second time by mistake.

I didn't check initially, and now I am unable to submit the form.

This form was circulated by the college placement cell side, also, we have a common placement portal for tracking all companies status and applying companies, in that portal, the current status is showing as attended, will this affect my results?

Final year student here, ask me anything

So I saw a lot of freshers asking the same questions repeatedly, now that I am in my final year, ask me anything related to college or studies, I'll do my best to answer them!

>so that was all folks, looking forward to see y'all at the campus, all the best and thankyou!

Annual fee related doubt

So, I am a final year student, till now, I have been clearing my fee all at once, this time, I can't clear it all at once because of some personal issue, for those who have paid in installments, how much do we have to pay a minimum before the deadline that is before the 15th of June?

And across how many installments can we pay it?

Anyone got DSE oncampus interview results?

I gave my interview on 25th April, almost everyone gave their interview on the same day, but some people were left out, and they were interviewed by may 29th... And yet, we did not receive results, given that today is June 4th, it has already been like a whole week.... Not only for DSE, none of the SP candidates received their results.

So in general, how long does it take for on-campus results?

Any past experiences or timelines would be helpful!

I gave my interview yesterday, and I would like to share my experience form every question and every conversation we had, please give honest answer, can I get the offer?
I was the last candidate of the day, honestly it was exhausting for both interviewer and myself.
The process began at morning 10AM and ended at 5:30 pm with a lunch break included of course.
I went into the cabin at 5 pm.
He came out and asked me if I was the last candidate, I said yes.
He asked me how are you.

Told him great, upon entry he directly asked me, would you like to have something to eat?
since you were waiting for a long time.
I politely denied.
Then he asked me to take my seat.
He asked me to tell me about myself, I began with my name, my native place and my interests.
then asked me in which language am I comfortable in, I replied in python
Question 1- Then straight away, asked me a question gave me an array and asked me to arrange the first half of array in ascending order and the other half in descending order,
I did so and he asked me to explain it, I did explain it.
Question 2-Then gave me another array and asked me to find the LCM, I did it using built in functions.
and I explained it.
He said it is ok, but asked me to apply the logic and find it, I did explain the logic to him, he was kind of satisfied, but asked me to write a function, I tried to write it, but I couldn't.
Then he asked me to explain it again, I explained it.
Next asked me about SQL.
Question 3-First a table was given and asked to find the students as per department in an institute.
I did it using group by and explained it.
Question 4-Next he gave me another table with student name and id and asked me to combine them, basically a join.
I did it but instead of writing
INNER JOIN, I mistakenly wrote only JOIN.
except that everything else was perfect.
after that I explained it again to him.
now after that, he had to take a picture with me for some verification purposes, so I did take it.
Now, he asked me if I had some questions for him, I asked that I have been hearing a lot about infosys training culture, can you explain about it also, when does the onboarding start, he said onboarding and all your HR will connect with you, now coming to training, by the looks of it he was surprised to hear that question, and explained about mysore and stuff.
lastly, any other question? I said no.
While leaving I added, this is my first interview, I was tensed, but it was smooth, he wished me for my future.
and at the end we shook hands and said it was nice spending time with you, and also thanked me for waiting the whole day.
That's all, so what do you think folks?
do I have a chance?
