Can anyone confirm if this is actually true? And if yes, could someone explain the policy a bit more (like conditions, eligibility etc) Also, which universities in Karachi would this apply to?

I’m interested in opting for a double degree because of my interest in two completely unrelated fields 🥲, but universities previously rejected the idea citing “HEC policy,” so I want to know if its possible now because of this 'new policy' news.

I don't understand , it will take 2 whole months for a computerized admission test results ? ya koi phase 2 bhi hoga beech me ? aur phir interviews and fee challan issue etc kab hongey for people appearing for entrance exam at 3 june, Mid-August me ?
