I ordered something around 9 business days and have emailed them multiple times getting double bot responses on all of the emails. I’m tired of this and can just buy the thing I wanted at a slightly more expensive price on eBay. I emailed them for a refund but I’m just wondering if I should issue a chargeback or not/can I issue a chargeback or not?
I’m wanting to get all the Nightmare Critters from the official Poppy Playtime store website but half of them are out of stock. Baba Chops restocked the other night but she sold out super quick. Does anyone know if they restock frequently or would it be easier to try and find them second hand/resold? Or is there other sites they also have the official plushies for sale?
