I offered 700 he said yes. It has an
RTX 3090 Ti
I7-9700F
16GB ddr4
1TB Samsung 970 evo
2TB HDD

I know it has a 9700F which is kinda outdated but would mind paying extra to upgrade it, same with ram luckily i have an extra set of 16GB. Other than that is this a good deal?

So i offered $1000 for this pc with a 7900xt and a 5800x3d, he said yeah but without the SSD and drives, luckily i have 2 extra 1TB SSDs, Is this a good deal?
