Lost Bag, What do I do
Flew from berlin to Napoli 2 weeks ago and filed a lost bag report. the airtag in my bag updated a day after it was lost and showed it was in gothenburg at the airport. i have communicated this to KLM multiple times but after 2 weeks they have done nothing. basically told me “we get to it when we get to it”.
what else do i do? time is running out.
do i contact the airport the bag is at and have them ship it(at what i assume will be great expense)?
do i wait until the 21 days are up?
this is a very frustrating experience since i have basically told them where it is. Thats like 90% of the issue.
