Aesthetic Recommendations for an MBK Leader

Hi! I'm in the process of restoring a semi-vintage MBK leader (early 90s, I think), largely with parts I had left over from an old bike, partly with budget pieces. I've done some repairs to other bikes in the past, but I am completely new to making them look pretty / visually coherent.

I've had to have the frame powder coated (the previous paint was not in great shape anymore but I love how it rides) and went for a RAL 9022 Pearl Light Grey, thinking it would match the somewhat sleeker build compared to, for example, my previous 80s Peugeot that had a more ornately welded frame. It does have a nice glimmer in the sun, and the paint looks very interesting up close, but from further than 50cm away it all seems kinda drab.

Do you have any recommendations? Like colourful / walled tyres, racks, mudguards etc. that would tie it together? I'm not going to repaint it, as powder coating is pretty expensive where I live, but am very open to adding parts.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
