Now we see in Y3V4 that Kei was target for Ichinose and she stalking Kiyotaka and Hiyori, won't it be believable now that she was stalking Kei and knew her morning schedule? Asking again because before I got lot of hate for this question.

Kiyotaka still think about Kei in romance even though he talking about wanting to discover mysterious feelings with Hiyori. It is making me more confident in the belief that Kiyotaka loves Kei and redirecting those feelings to Hiyori. The hints all point to it as his feeling only started after the breakup.
