Hello. Any locals able to recommend some quiet beaches.
We went to pogilano a mare and it was a nightmare. The famous beach was absolutely rammed. We ended up renting some bikes and going to a different beach which was far less crowded.
We are staying in central Bari and know the beaches get quite crowded here.
Any recommendations would be welcome. We don’t mind going further afield.
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice/experiences because I’m feeling really frustrated.
I’ve been getting what I think is recurrent thrush since starting a new sexual relationship. It seems to flare up after having raw sex with my new partner. I’ve never had these issues before this.
I’m going to get tested for everything (STIs etc.) just to rule anything else out, but I’ve previously had negative tests for some things.
This is my fourth time having thrush in the last 3 months. I normally used the pessary which seemed to do the job and then come back when we had sex again.
This time I took one fluconazole tablet about 24 hours ago, but I honestly haven’t noticed any improvement yet. If anything, since coming off my period my symptoms have got worse.
Right now my symptoms are:
Really sore/irritated vagina/vulva
Burning when I pee (especially around the sore area)
Discomfort after sex
Some discharge
I know fluconazole can take a few days to work, but I’m panicking because I expected some improvement by now. Has anyone else had thrush that suddenly flared after their period or after sex? Did it turn out to actually be something else (like a UTI or irritation)?
Also, has anyone had recurrent thrush linked to a new partner? Did treating your partner make any difference?

Found this on geek time. Like it a lot. But the “gold” looks a lot different to the real (pic on the right). Is this a lighting thing or does the gold actually look like that?! I’ve read things that the gold can come out a bit crap so in two minds whether I bother or just get pure silver? Advice much appreciated!
Does anyone have any advice on how to achieve a darker tan. I’ve been going on the sun beds for about 3 weeks now doing 3x sessions a week and I don’t feel like I’m going any darker. I changed up my lotion to a tingle cream today for the first time but it doesn’t look like it’s made a difference! My arms and chest are also not tanning which is so annoying.
I go on holiday in 2 weeks and I’m nowhere near as dark as I want to be.
Where do I go from here?! Any advice I’d be really grateful!
