Is there a diamond shape that makes you cringe?

There are so many shapes which is great because we all have different taste! But.. there are a few shapes I see all the time that physically make me cringe because they're so ugly. I can't imagine someone thinking they are beautiful. To each their own!

Anyone miscarry even after being on Lovenox? (APS)

Hi everyone,

I was put on 162mg of aspirin and Lovenox after 4 first tri miscarriages within a year. Everything was great but I miscarried after going to my 8 week scan and baby was measuring 7w2d with no heartbeat. We are in disbelief as we really thought the Lovenox was the answer to our recurrent pregnancy loss.

All I'm seeing are success stories once others found this medication protocol. Has anyone else had a loss while on this medication? Feeling really alone. Anyone had a loss on lovenox but tried again and made it the whole way?

Thanks and sending love to everyone in this sub.

Cannot believe I'm here agian.. (5th loss)

I don't really know what I'm looking for with this.. just to vent or get other similar stories..

Got pregnant on the first try May 2025 and had a MMC at 8ish weeks. Did a round of misoprostol which we discovered had failed at my 2 week follow-up. Opted for a d&c which went very smoothly.

Immediately pregnant again in September which resulted in a chemical pregnancy.

4 months of trying with no positive.

Then back to back chemicals in March and April of 2026. After our March loss we got some testing done and I came back positive for 2/3 markers for APS. By the time we got this information back and came up with a game plan, I was already pregnant in April and it was too late. I started low dose aspirin but started bleeding within a day or two. At my follow up appointment my OB gave me a 3D ultrasound and discovered I have a pretty moderate to severe uterine septum. At least now we were working with 2 issues (the septum plus the lupus anticoagulant blood clotting issue).

I got referred to a fertility clinic to get some further testing and potentially have surgery for the uterine septum. We figured we would try one last time because if we did get pregnant, it would probably be another chemical and I would have miscarried by the time we went to our fertility appointment. Well.. it worked and I got pregnant again in May and tested positive at 9dpo. I started preemptively taking the aspirin at 4dpo, and my OB put me on Lovenox at 11dpo. Things were looking great- my lines were darkening and my hcg was more than doubling.

I had my fertility appointment a few days shy of 6 weeks. We got a plan in place for the future and discussed the chances of miscarriage with the septum and retesting for APS (blood clotting disorder). Got to see a heartbeat and I was feeling so nauseous already. She said if I was feeling uneasy about things to just come in at any time for an ultrasound between then and my first OB appointment on July 9.

Well, I was feeling like I needed some reassurance before the holiday weekend and we went in this morning for an ultrasound. No heartbeat and baby was measuring 7w1d instead of 7w5d. I am beyond crushed. I am getting pregnant so easily but can't make it past 8 weeks. It's so unfair I'm still feeling sick and can hardly eat anything.

Anyone else have APS or a uterine septum surgery that solved your issues?

9-17 dpo with HCG, Wondfo Progression

For science! MMC in July 2025, and 3 chemicals between September 2025 and April 2026. Finally got put on Lovenox for APS and I think it did the trick!

🌈🌈🌈🌈 on the way!

9 dpo evap or vvvfl?

I walked away from the test for like 10 mins because I “knew” it would be negative. I’ve never gotten a line this early with any of my 4 miscarriages.

Is this an evap?? Or would that be if I left the test for hours not minutes? Help ya girl!

Hey everyone, (apologies in advance for the length of this post)

I hate that we are all here, but it really is the worst club with the best members. I'm hoping some of you can help me out with your personal stories.

I've had 1 MMC, and 2 chemicals all in the last 10 months. Finally, after my third loss, my OB tested me for the markers of APS. 2 out of the 3 tests came back high or positive (this was last week). I waited over the weekend and went down the Google rabbit hole waiting for my doctor to call me and explain the results. Well... I took a pregnancy test on Sunday just to be sure.. and of course it was positive. So I took an aspirin immediately since that was mostly what I was seeing online. My doctor called me Monday and explained everything and she agreed that an aspirin regimen was appropriate for now and she will likely refer me to the MFM after my first viability ultrasound.

Well... I've been testing all week and things looked great at first but the last 2-3 days I've stalled out, and am expecting to lose this pregnancy too in the next few days. My issue is.. the criteria for actually being diagnosed with APS is that you retest again in 12 weeks (we obviously haven't had enough time for that to happen yet), and 2 or more miscarriages after viability confirmation. I have technically only had 1 miscarriage seen on ultrasound, and the other 2 (now probably 3) have all been chemicals. I can't even get to the point of a 6-7 week ultrasound and I KNOW in my heart it's APS causing the implantation issues.

Do I just take aspirin throughout my ovulatory phase and hope I catch it early enough? Do I demand lovanox/heparin even though APS isn't technically my diagnosis at this point? Will a fertility clinic be more helpful with this than my OB?? I'm really just looking for individual experiences and advice since I'm in this limbo right now and just need to feel less alone.

Thank you all!

I took my first test and got a faint but clearly visible line on Sunday 4/26 at 12dpo. I was going to stop testing because after 1 MMC and 2 chemicals, i make myself crazy with watching line progression. I dont know why but I took a couple of tests last night before bed and the lines were definitely darker than my Sunday test so I was feeling great. I retested this morning using FMU and these tests are slightly lighter and splotchy?? Do i chalk this up to some funky tests or do we think this is a bad sign??

note: I compare photos against photos for line progression instead of saving my tests from days prior because they always fade or look way different than when I first take them so that’s why they are not right next to each other.
