I feel like I am being held hostage by this dumb ass company. I had an injury and was unable to use my credits. They aren’t allowing me to roll over 68 credits onto the next month. Money down the drain. As if I didn’t pay for those credits. It’s all a scam. The customer service is awful and at this point I’d rather give my money directly to the businesses.

I took 20 units of a vial that has definitely been opened more than 28 days. I could feel it not working as well the last few weeks so wondering if it’s because it lost its potency. If that’s the case, can I take another dose tonight from a fresh vial?? I took it last night. Thank you!
