I posted a parcel via Royal Mail simple delivery 2 weeks ago, and I’ve rung Royal Mail and they’ve said it’s lost. What should my next steps be? I’m covered by simple delivery, I have proof of postage & the item is worth £300-ish and is going to the US
I bought an item and it arrived damaged, Vinted support then proceeded to fully refund me as there clearly wasn’t enough packaging. The seller is now demanding a return of the item. Am I under any obligation to return the item as Vinted support only “recommends” a return?
