I'm looking to buy a flat in town and one that I like is in a building managed by Fairways. The reviews do not paint a pretty picture, but I feel like people are more likely to leave reviews like that when they are angry as opposed to when they are happy or content.
Everyone in here is expecting it to be a load of absolute twaddle, me included. I have no hope at all. But do you think there's even a chance it could be good? Any predictions on the critic/audience reception to it? Because After Life was incredibly successful, I've met people who aren't even saucer drinkers who love it, which is weird. Will it end up being money for old rope or one of the most abominable things ever uttered by mankind? Answers on a postcard!
I have a direct debit set up to pay my 50% of the rent on the 20th of each month. He paid for the previous 6 months rent up front because he didn't have a job at the time he moved in. This is the first month after those 6 ended, and he has failed to pay his half on the 20th. He said he would do it today but currently I'm unsure if he has.
The agency sent us an email requesting it, and they acknowledged they had received my half but not his. I'm currently searching for a place to buy and will be needing a mortgage, so I'm concerned this might affect my credit score. Does anyone know if it will?
