Can cell phone towers lead to the weakness of the Hivemind?

After rewatching, I noticed in episode one the guy Carol talks to on the TV mentions all cell phone towers have been disabled. At first it makes sense since the Hivemind wouldn't need them but cell phone towers transmit frequencies, I bet this somehow can be linked to a weakness for the hivemind. Perhaps the frequency that connects the Hivemind can somehow be disrupted with cell towers?

Also, it looks like the hivemind virus also makes the infected person more intelligent, the rat that bit the research for example was able to play dead and bite the researcher when they didn't expect it, not only that but it was looking at the researcher when the mind virus started to take control. As if it was observing.

Why is there a different sound effect when turning in the Fire Festival quest dailies compared to any other quest?

I played an Alpha version of Wow not too long ago and I noticed in TBC when you turn in the fire festival dailies, there's a very distinct sound that is the same as when you complete any quest in the alpha version of Wow.

From what I can see, the sound effect isn't used anywhere else, seems like an odd thing to me. I suppose we will never find out the answer here but maybe those two daily quests somehow used old data somehow related to the alpha client of the game?

Cold calling candidates at their jobs?

I was curious how many recruiters actually cold call potential candidates at their place of employment? I use all of the standard sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Zip, Indeed but I'm trying to find new ways to get ahold of potential candidates - most other avenues don't really work though. I saw in a thread the other day where a few people mentioned they do this and it sounded rather common place.

Is that really the case? I've worked for a few spots where it was encouraged but most of the recruiters didn't actually do it, just because when you call people at their job, they typically get very upset, I just feel kind of bad doing it. I was curious how many people here actually try this vs how many avoid doing this tactic?

Has Hasan Piker been taking Dark Money?

https://www.tiktok.com/@ifeeljaydid_/video/7644622873822317837

In relation to yesterday's story about Hasan being subpoenaed. Krystal implied that the investigation is mostly about what hotel he stayed at whereas that may not be the actual case. It appears Hasan takes money from a pro Chinese billionaire to possibly be putting out propaganda in favor of them and causes they are interested in.
