I was at 25 for 2 weeks then 50 for 2 weeks moving to 100 tomorrow.

I was hoping others who have done something similar could share their experience with me.

I'm nervous/anxious about the bump. Anxiety and depression seems to be leveling off. I'm afraid it's going to kick back up🫩

I've been taking 50mg for almost 3 weeks for insomnia. I was going through a difficult time in my life and I could not sleep. I'm hoping I am emotionally stable enough to not need this anymore. Looking for some advice on quitting and do I need to taper?

I'm not going to be seeing my doctor for another week and I plan on talking to him about it but I wanted to ask here first.
