RidgeRead is live on the iOS app store!

Hey everyone, just launched the first mobile version of RidgeRead on the iOS App Store.

To celebrate the launch, we are giving everyone 1 year of RidgeRead Pro free. Also, anyone who signs up before July 7 can lock in $1.99/month forever after the free year.

RidgeRead is a hunting/scouting app built with a privacy-first approach: your pins, notes, routes, and scouting strategy should stay yours. The goal is to make a reliable backcountry tool that helps with planning and terrain analysis without turning your data into the product.

It includes map tools and layers such as terrain analysis, point of interest finder, road density, sun exposure, and more. The goal is to make it easier to understand access, terrain features, movement corridors, glassing spots, bedding areas, saddles, drainages, and other details that matter in the field.

We genuinely appreciate any feedback from hunters, especially around what would make this more useful in the field.

FREE Map app with terrain analysis

Here is a FREE mapping web app alternative to paid apps like GOHUNT and OnX that I have been working on for a while. It has similar features like terrain analysis with a road buffer, 3d maps, viewshed viewer, etc. Try it out and please give me feedback!
