Upload speed to vps server never getting above 3Mbps.

My vps is in Ashburn, VA and I'm uploading from NY. Why is it so slow? My internet speed is significantly higher than 3Mbps upload.

This situation really makes me want to archive copies of every NOVA and Nature episode so they can be kept available but I simply don't have the time or means right now.

What the title says. I found some episodes on archive.org and torrents that have a lot of the seasons 1-30 (tons of episodes missing). I really want to make a torrent that has every episode listed on imdb of seasons 1-50 of NOVA but I have no idea where I'd find some of the missing episodes. And I simply don't have the time or money rn. With how the current administration in the United States attempted to defund NPR and PBS along with it's approach to education, I'm beginning to feel that archiving content from PBS and keeping it available might be a good idea. I'm not experienced with data hoarding or archiving at all. I'm kind of hoping others will also find it important.

Have a 4.0 at CC but bad grades from a previous school.

I got a 4.0 in the fall and spring semesters at CC this past year. My issue is that prior to attending CC, I was in my junior year at a prestigious engineering school and failed two semesters straight (0.0 gpa) due to a number of mental health issues as well as just absolutely hating it there. Before my junior year, I had a 3.1 gpa but couldn't sucessfully transfer out. I immediately dropped out after the second failed semester in the spring and started CC in the fall. How long should I wait to apply to transfer again? My previous school will let me come back to finish my degree whenever but I'm not even considering it.

Elephant, rhino, hippo, polar bear, grizzly bear, moose, tiger, lion, kangaroo, gorilla, chimpanzee, human with a spear, german shepard, canada goose, and honey badger jump a t-rex and fight it to the death. Who wins this match up?

Fight happens in a savanna. Human is a caveman adult male and has one hour of prep time. Human may use anything in the environment and come up with a plan but can't communicate the plan to his teamates because they won't understand and he doesn't know they're coming to help him until the fight starts. All animals are bloodlusted and completely committed to killing the t-rex.

How to export torrents when files have been renamed and moved to various locations?

I have a bunch of torrents where I've moved and renamed files within qbittorent so that I can keep seeding them. Is there a way for me to export a list of my torrents so that qbitorrent remembers the file locations and names?

Bad grades at previous school.

I used to go to RPI for MechE and recieved decent grades my freshman and sophmore year despite being rather unhappy there. I considered transfering at the time but thought my gpa (around 3.2 at the time) wasn't good enough. During the summer and fall semesters, my grades plumetted for mental health reasons (failed every class in the fall) and I was put on academic suspension. Basically RPI said that if I took 12 or more credits at another institution with at least a 3.5 gpa, I could come back.

This spring I recieved a 4.0 at my local community college so I'm allowed to come back. However, I really don't want to. RPI has a lot of issues and their counseling/mental health services for students are utterly absymal.

My question is how many semesters of cc classes should I take before trying to transfer to another university?

EDIT: Retaking classes at RPI to improve my gpa is not an option. I refuse to give them more money.

How long will my grades from a previous college still matter?

This past fall was the first semester of my junior year at a somewhat prestigious engineering school. My last two semesters there my grades dropped significantly due to a number of issues (my worst semester was around a 1.2 gpa). I opted to take a leave of abscence for the spring. I have since taken a full semester of cc classes where I've recieved a 4.0 gpa. How long do I need to remain in cc before my old grades no longer matter when applying to transfer schools?
