Rewatching Boardwalk Empire, I’m still confused on whether Oscar Boneau was killed intentionally as part of Chalky Whites feud with Narcisse. And if so, who sold him out? Was it the dude that left after losing in Checkers? He did give Chalky a pretty inconspicuous look while exiting.

Add on: I just finished the scene again, the thought was written before I finished. It’s pretty clear the gunmen were working for Narcisse, but still… who sold him out??
