Internet Entitlement

Every year I have to go through Internet re-entitlement or whatever it’s called, where they verify that you still need company-provided Internet. In my case I’ve got the T-Mobile WiFi which I don’t particularly care for. More often than not I just use my home WiFi’s connection. Meanwhile, my home internet’s bill has roughly doubled in the 4 years I’ve been there.

Is there any way I can decline the T-Mobile WiFi and request a stipend instead?
