Just filed my AOS case on Wednesday 5/6 just wanna know what to expect. I entered the country on a tourist visa when I was 4 and have been here since went to college for computer science and met my husband. We have been together for 3 years and moved in about 4 months ago. We have a lease, joint bank account , I’m on his health insurance, life insurance and 401k and photos from 3 years. Not many with my family because we’re same sex couple and my parents are very catholic. When I can expect UCIS to take out the money from our account ? And when I get my biometrics notice can I reschedule for earlier like next day ? We are also both 23 and just starting making consistent income but we have a very strong sponsor . Filed through a lawyer. Any advice please feel free. Really nervous about everything and want to get work authorization asap to get a better job hopefully in my field of study . Thank you !!!
