I want to rent near SMU and would like to pay under 1,600, INCLUDING additional fees.

I am a woman, so I don't want to live in a dangerous place or a place that has roaches, etc. I don't mind really small places or older places as long as they do not have bugs or awful management.

Please recommend places :)
