Im assuming this has been posted before but I am looking at changing from Sky and I wanted some advice on who I should change to. I have tv and broadband with Sky and it is becoming very expensive. I moved into my current t property 6 years ago and we were told we couldnt have Virgin as the 4 houses in our row dont have cable availability.
Went to take the dog to Sandal castle this morning in the car. Came down Barnsley road with the intention of turning up Manygates lane but the road is cordoned off and there's police tape near the Brookhouse aswell. Cop cars all over. Nothing on Yappapp on Instagram.
Im a 50yo man with a physicalish job. I dont tend to eat much at work, maybe some over night oats or some pasta. I have a decent home cooked meal when I get home. I've pretty much stopped drinking beer but I've got a big belly and my overall weight could do to drop a good 14 to 28 lbs.
Any advice from someone of a similar age and sex?
