Just a few more 90% coins to add to the horde YAY

I might be wrong but my gut tells me the spot on silver is still headed for sub $50 in the next few months. I'm calling $44 to $42 the bottom. Time will tell if I'm a fool or not. All buying paused until I see $50 again. 🤞

My youngest has just started her own coin collection. Used the money she earned from mowing to buy a few coins at the flea market. Came home & started researching her purchases. She over paid. Lesson learned. She's excited to go back again next week & hunt for deals. This is the way...

Ad said "90% silver half dollar coins 5 for $70" I rolled the dice, got 3 lots. Lightest coin is 13.3g & all are slightly magnetic. Processed claim. Ebay did it's thing. Got 15 free novelty franks. Lower right is authentic for comparison. If it's too good to be true folks... ding ding ding be careful

Wasn't "that long ago" I had 10oz of silver bars to my cart. Spot was $27 and I just couldn't pull the trigger. Then BAM AG spiked over $100 per oz and I wanted to jump off a bridge. I waited... patiently for the FOMO to fade. Silver hit $70 an oz & I started grabbing up little bits. It's been about 90 ish days of accumulation. Only just crossed the 8 oz mark. My gut tells me we will be sub $50 soon but maybe not. Time will tell. Just gonna keep DCA in & I'll keep enjoying the ride.

Lost 4th on the highway. Towed it home. Whining noise from the trans similar to an empty PS pump. Changed trans filter, pan gasket and filled with syn fluid. All forward gears working smooth, quiet and noise is gone. Shifting strong, no slips, shudders or delays...

BUT

Now reverse is acting up

If I shift from D to R there is a delay and it drops into R hard. I have to switch from D to N and pause before shifting to R and there is still a delay but it doesn't bang that way. I'm trying to avoid replacing the trans. Thoughts?
