Best laptops for pisay?

Im an incoming grade 7 scholar, and i need suggestions on what laptops to buy that can handle all the demands of the school. Im particularly looking for ones that, like i said can handle the workload with ease, and wont cost as much too.

Redmi 15C worth it?

Im looking for a new phone to replace my Redmi 9C. I have looked through dozens of phones and i think the 15C fits my standards in performance and budget. Tho the more i look at the reviews of this phone the more people i see saying its "e-waste" and not recommended. Im more into light to mid gaming and heavy multitasking. I often look for phones that give a smooth experience and no frequent stutters and fps drops.

Im currently saving up for the Poco X7 Pro, but when i saw the price tag and specs of this, i second thought of whether to save up for this instead or just go for the poco x7 pro.

Question about my Redmi device

Specifically my Xiaomi Redmi 9C which i am confused with the android version, because some claimed that it got one major android update from 10 to 11. But surprisingly, my model did NOT get said update. As of now im still stuck on Android 10 with MIUI 12.0.23

Im not completely asking for a fix to this, only an answer but if you got some, drop it down below particularly those who dont need root or a PC.

Can someone answer as to why my current device Xiaomi Redmi 9C has not received the supposed "Android 11" update? Im using a global device which is currently running on MIUI 12.0.23 with Android 10.

Many sources i looked into claimed that the said phone received a major update from Android 10 to 11, and im stuck here wondering why i didn't receive it.

Are there still any phones that offer a very consistent smooth experience, sharp cameras, clear audio quality, long-term software support (minimum 4 years), and can also handle heavy multitasking and gaming. All for a low price not exceeding $400.
