Does using the s-pen to take a scroll screenshot on Reddit without the annoying pop-up work on the S24U like it does for the S22U?

I have an S22U and and am looking into getting a refurbished S24U, and was just wondering if I'll still be able to use my s-pen to take scroll screenshots on the Reddit app without the annoying pop-up like I am currently able to do with my S22U.

It appears YouTube has flagged my IP and has restricted my ability to use the app to download videos.

I've been using the app for years now, and this is the first time my IP has been restricted from downloading videos (when I try to download a video I get an error saying 'YouTube not available". I know it is an IP ban because when I turned on a VPN I was able to successfully download videos again. How do thing typically play out when someone receives an IP ban like this? Now that I've received an IP ban once, will it now be more likely to happen again in the future once it's reversed?
