Rent comes out to almost exactly $800 a month which already includes utilities and parking and some additional fees.

It's technically just a bedroom within a three bedroom apartment, but each one has its own bathroom. Unit has a laundry and dryer machine, as well as a dishwasher and pretty well equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi is free and pretty damn good.

There's an onsite gym, pool, and computer lab available in the clubhouse, all included with the lease. There's a nice little fenced park to take dogs to, and they allow two pets per unit. Parking is pretty good depending on which building you end up in.

It's right up the road north of the College, about a 20-25 minute or so walk.

18th Street deli is even closer.

Basically, I'm trying to move out from my apartment but I already signed a lease renewal before I ended up leaving my last job.

I'm working on the west side now and just need someone to go through and put an application in to take over my lease.

If you're interested in taking over my lease, DM me for more details and I can get you in touch with the leasing office. It would help me out a lot if someone was to take over my lease as I really don't want to have to drive to the west side every morning for work.

I've been between jobs for a few weeks and need some folks who are regularly looking to play any variety of games on a semi-daily basis before I lose my mind.

I tend to play a decent number of co-op friendslop games, like Lethal, Peak, RV There Yet, etc. Of course, I've got Meccha Chameleon as well so I'm happy to join folks for those kinds of games.

My main games of choice that you'll see me playing pretty regularly are Helldivers 2, DayZ, Overwatch, Fast Food Simulator, and Ready or Not.

There are plenty of others but I'm sure if we hit it off well enough we'll see each other's steam and find more commonalities at that point.

Bonus points if anyone's interested in playing Burglin Gnomes.

Simply put, I am a creature of goofs and gaffs. If you are a gnome or other forest critter, please feel free to inquire about afternoon tea time by the mushroom glade.

I typically play a lot of co-op shooters or survival games, with some random smatterings of other games that are kinda their own genre. I do also have a good amount of the typical friendslop games like Lethal Company, REPO, Peak, RV There Yet, and more.

I play on PC but I have a pretty decent library of cross platform Xbox games as well so feel free to reach out and inquire about my full library of games.

Some of my hobbies include D&D, Beekeeping, wilderness survival and Bushcraft. I love talking television and movies as well so if you're a movie lover and want to watch experimental shit nobody else wants to touch, hit me up and I will happily try it. I'm also big on books as well, as I'm currently making my way through the Cosmere universe from Brandon Sanderson, and Dungeon Crawler Carl.

I have a chubby old beagle, and a cat with an attitude problem regarding curtains and cardboard boxes.

I am a professional truck driver and forklift operator, but I'm currently between jobs right now so I'm free to hang out whenever for at least a little while.

I'm looking for people who don't take things too seriously and are casual gamers like me. I'm more of a one on one kind of person most of the time but I don't mind at all joining smaller friend groups. Just please don't invite me to some random server with 30+ people, as that's not really my jam.
