Time to go for paid plans.. but BFS is still pending!

We have 80 Organic installs in the last month ... With no paid primotions, no fake reviews. I believe it is time to introduce the paid plan... However, our BFS is taking ages. We are ranking no 1 in our category ! Im kindds confused if we introduce the paid plan without BFS, Shopify will push us down and the app install rate would also reduce. Any suggestion is welcome.

We analyzed push notification campaigns across Shopify stores. Here are 5 things that consistently increase repeat purchases..."

Don't send every notification to everyone.
Segment your audience.
First-time buyers, VIP customers, and inactive users all respond differently.

Timing matters more than frequency.
A well-timed reminder beats sending three generic notifications in a day.

Recover abandoned carts quickly.
The first hour after cart abandonment is often the most valuable. A simple reminder can bring shoppers back before they lose interest.

Personalization wins.
Using a customer's name, recently viewed products, or past purchases makes notifications feel relevant—not spammy.

Give customers a reason to return.
Early access, exclusive offers, restock alerts, and limited-time deals generally outperform generic "Shop Now" messages.

Ok so we ourselves have 14 Shopify apps out of which many are free!

What we thought is -

  1. offer basic functionalities FOC

  2. Good lead channels

  3. Free apps get more installs ...hence popularity

I'm curious to find others takes on this. Please comment if I have missed any important aspect.
