I’m available as a technical co-founder, equity-first, long-term only

I’m open to joining the right startup as a technical co-founder.

Let me be clear about compensation first: I don’t expect a salary at the beginning. I’m open to working on an equity-first basis if the startup, founder, and problem are genuinely worth building.

If you can pay a small amount initially, that’s fine, but it’s not my main requirement. Once we start generating revenue, I would expect a fair payment structure along with equity.

I’m not looking for a short-term job, freelancing work, or a “just build this for me” type of arrangement.

I can help with product decisions, business strategy, technical architecture, development, shipping the product, and even distribution.

A bit about me: I’m the founder of a registered company in India. I’ve already launched my own product, and I’m currently working on distribution and marketing.

I’m looking to collaborate with people who have a serious founder mindset and are building something meaningful.

What I can contribute:

  • Product planning and execution
  • Technical architecture
  • Backend/product development
  • Business and go-to-market thinking
  • Distribution support
  • Long-term decision-making as a founder, not just as a developer

What I’m looking for:

Please don’t DM me with just “Hi” or vague small talk.

Send me a clear message answering these:

  1. What are you building, and who is it for?
  2. What stage are you in? Idea, validation, MVP, pilot, revenue, or scaling?
  3. What proof do you have that people want this? Customer calls, users, waitlist, pilot, revenue, or anything real.
  4. What will you personally handle, and what role do you expect me to play?
  5. What is the business model and equity/payment structure?

If I find it interesting, we can talk and see if there’s a fit.

I’m based in Bangalore, India.

How to get funded in 2026?

Recently I went to a startup event and somehow ended up having a one-on-one conversation with a VC.

Naturally, I asked him what investors are looking for in 2026.

I thought the answer would be the idea.

"No."

Market size?

"No."

Revenue? MRR? Early traction?

He said those matter, but they're not the main thing.

Then he said something that honestly caught me off guard:

The team.

According to him, the strongest predictor isn't the idea, it's the people behind it. Most successful startups he sees have 2-4 founders and a solid team. His reasoning was simple:

A good team can always throw away a bad idea and build something better.

But a bad team will kill even a great idea.

That made me realize something.

As solo founders, we spend so much time obsessing over ideas, features, MVPs, and MRR, but maybe the bigger challenge is finding the right people to build with.

I'm a technical founder based in Bangalore, India. I'm building for the long term. I'm not interested in building one product, making some money, and moving on. I want to build something meaningful over the next 10-20 years and create a company that lasts.

If you're a business-minded founder or another technical founder who's serious about building for the long run, I'd love to connect. Doesn't matter if you're already working on something or just have the ambition and want to build.

Curious what everyone else thinks.

Do you agree that team > idea in 2026?

Is Bangalore really a lonely city? 🤔

So I recently moved to Bangalore around 1.5 months back for my startup. Small intro about me: I'm 23, founder of a tech startup, and like every other tech company right now, we're also building an AI product 😂. We're launching in a few days, so wish me luck. 😭

After coming to Bangalore, so many people told me, "Bangalore is a lonely city." Guys... really?

I came here with completely different expectations. I even went to a startup meetup once, and one of the organizers, who looked like a pretty successful guy, said, "Loneliness is one of the biggest problems in Bangalore."

I was literally like, "Bro... whatttt?" 💀

I mean, this is Bangalore. The city of startups, traffic, overpriced coffee, and people building the next unicorn from random cafes.

Anyway, I want to prove that theory wrong. I want to make sure I have some really good memories of this city when I grow old.

I was super busy this past month because of the startup, so I didn't really hang out much. But now that the product is almost ready, I'm planning to free up some time and actually grow my social circle.

So yeah, if you've got any interesting hangouts, parties, startup meetups, football plans, random chai discussions at 11 PM, weekend trips, or literally anything fun happening, hit me up.

Also, if you're building something cool yourself and interested in startup, I'd love to hear about it. Bangalore is supposed to be about meeting interesting people, right?

Let's see if this city is actually lonely... or if everyone's just waiting for someone else to make the first move. 😂

Not Looking for a Job. Looking for Founders Worth Building With.

Founder here.

I'm the founder and we're launching our AI product this weekend.

Building startups is something I genuinely enjoy, and I'm interested in partnering with other early-stage founders who are serious about turning their ideas into real businesses.

To be clear, I'm not looking for a job or freelance work. I already have my own company and product. What I'm interested in is working alongside founders who need a technical co-founder or someone who can take ownership of the technical side while also contributing to product strategy and business decisions.

If you're building something you're truly committed to and you're looking for a long-term partner rather than a contractor, send me a message about what you're working on. If there's strong alignment and I believe I can add meaningful value, I'd love to explore building it together.
